i tumblr for you
because i haven’t tumblr’d at all lately.
here’s the haps on what’s been happening. we went to pasadena last week to go see a tragedy take place at the rose bowl. colt mccoy was injured first rattle out of the bag. but we still had fun. we tailgated, had some beers, ate some deer sausages, considered taking down a giant 6 balloon, and commiserated with every longhorn we saw.
then we came back and ordered a pizza, which arrived with anchovies. i never met a pizza i didn’t like. but that’s because i never met a pizza with anchovies on it. no way no how. two hours later we finally got a pizza that was anchovy-free. but considering i told the guy i was not very happy with him, it might not have been free of all disgusting toppings. (try not to think about that for very long because the idea of booger pizza is just gross.)
over the weekend we celebrated darrell’s second 4th birthday. we have two dates in our records and aren’t sure which one is right. so he gets two birthdays every year. considering he spent the first year and half getting love that wasn’t good enough for him, we’re alright with giving the Big D more celebration than the average pup.
oh yeah i almost forgot on the plane to LA i spoke to anne hathaway, amanda seyfreid and lee clow. totally hobbing the nobs in the sky.
p.s. is it weird that i devoted a whole paragraph to a pizza up there?
